Mr. Stump has forty years of experience in the practice of law. During his career, he has held the positions of California Deputy Attorney General, Acting Solicitor General California Agricultural Labor Relations Board, Assistant Chief Counsel California State Employees Association and partner in the firm of McMaster & Stump. Mr. Stump has experience in many areas of the law including real estate, taxation, employment and labor, condemnation, personal injury, and tort defense. He has extensive litigation experience at the trial and appellate levels of the state and federal courts. His appellate work has resulted in more than thirty published decisions by the state and federal appellate courts.
